Yep, that vacuum-cleaner-building company Panasonic. Matsushita, Pansonic/Technics parent company, is branding all their HT receivers with the Panasonic name.

I know this isn't in the same league as B&K stuff, but it would make a good bedroom or who-cares-what-the-neighbors-think system.
