Video Asylum

When I play a DVD, suddenly from the TV shown some technical data of the disk, then at last it stop as:
[Black Mark of ID label]
: YES (Black)
: No
Pick out any one of these!

Current situation
No disc in the player, but the display panel shown "BLACK MARK"
Not response to any key in from Remote - cannot play any disk !!
Tried power down and un plug AC - useless

DVD player is Pioneer DVAX10.

Seem this is a special mode ? any suggestion ?
