I am in the market looking for a AV-R. I very much care about the sound quality of AV-R but I don't have a lot of money. Has anyone compared the sound quality between these 2 models? I got a Sony NS900V with SACD capability. Is 4802 the only option here?
I am wondering if the difference between these two can justify the price delta of $1500.Thanks.

Sound quality will be virtually the same. 4802 is higher output, has the nifty remote control that can be programmed to control most other audio / video devices (poor man's Pronto?). 4802 is 7 channel, has pre-amp out for all channels, is THX certified, etc. But, if you were to listen to the two receivers, I don't think you'd hear a sound quality difference.
