  try a place like bettercables.com . They, or a shop like them, may be able to hand make whatever SCART <--> DB15 or SCART <--> BNC that you need for your application.

  I'm just curious. Are you hooking this up to a projector, a computer monitor, or some fancy TV? That would be neat if some top end Toshiba or Sony flat screen TVs had VGA/RGB inputs. Hell why even do the A-> D? Where are my DVI connectors!!?! heheheh. ;-)
