I currently use a VSX-36TX and I can tell you that you can use the RCA RF repeaters. The RCA type have a 1/8 mini phono jack on the back, and if you connect a male to male cable then you can use the repeater from a second or third room and replace the MR-100. Not only am I trying to help you, but I have a need for your MR-100. If you find that my suggestion works ( I know it will because I have done it) then I would like to buy your MR-100.
