Do a search on SIMA (it's a video enhancer) - they have a product that will solve your problem.

Thank's, I have Video Control and Kenwood enhancers, but they
were made before DVD and assume they're worthless for the job.
The Sima SCC Color Corrector is the one you want. Usually around $100 at cameraworld, slightly more at J and R.
