Hi folks.I have a 42" HD plasma screen that sits on a cabinet via the Tv's desktop stand. I recently bought the Paradigm Reference center channel speaker to complement my Paradigm reference 80 fronts. What I didn't realize was that the center channel speaker is pretty tall, and blocks the lowest inch or so of the screen if placed before the plasma. What sould I do?!?! Does someone make a stand for center channel speakers so that it may be positioned over the top of the screen? Thanks for your response.

As an alternative, you could paint or stain a couple of 2"x2"'s and place then under the screen so that it clears. Whether or not this aesthetically feasable depends on you particulat situation and how good you are with paint and/or stain. It has the advantage of being a dirt cheap solution.
Is the CC on the floor right now? I found it seemed better if off the floor, doesn't matter how high, just off it. You can get speaker stands that are 4' or even taller, should be more than enough to raise the CC over the screen, adjustable height so the screen hides the stand. Some of these tall stands are meant for small/light speakers, so you may want a pair under the CC even though it's not that heavy. Musician supply stores tend to more commonly have the tall stronger stands, for monitors, generally pretty utilitarian-looking black metal things. You could also possibly mount the CC on the wall with brackets.
The easiest thing to do may be to just raise the TV a few inches. Plenty of ways to do that from Home Depot, say, a piece of countertop with a nice pattern/finish, or real wood etc. under the display.
