What's the best way to filter or eliminate RF coming over normal cable? Cable co. already checked their line. Could it be a defective or poorly calibrated TV? Neighbor just bought a big screen and it's unwatchable!

Does this happen on other TVs in the household? Also, I'm curious as to the brand of TV and whether it's digital (HDTV ready) or not. You might try using the tuner in a VCR to see if there's any improvement. Beyond that, you could try one of those cable ground breakers to see if that helps also.
I think they had it in the old TV, but it was much smaller so less noticeable. I would assume it's HDTV since it is a new big screen.
