Hi, as a consumer I have a big a problem with my TV 16:9 50 Hz Sony KV-32FX20D. Images look very good but in all formats available (4:3, 14:3, !6:9) they are a little cropped on the left and right. Someone told me that this is a bug in this model and can't be fixed. Is it true? Please help me. Thanks. You can also reply to corridors@hotmail.com

You should be able to adjust overscan through the user or service menus. This is fairl common in direct view TVs to one degree or another..Hometheaterspot.com has a Sony forum, and there is lots of info at hometheaterforum.com and avsdorum.com - the latter has a UK/Europe site as well, which may be more useful to you. US doesn't have your particular model available, the only Sony 16:9 widescreen on market here is the 34XBR800, which is comparable to a UK 36" 16:9
