Thanks to those who recommended the klipsch unit. My girlfriend bought it for me for Christmas. What a great little device. It does exactly what I want and allows me to use separate amps for home theater. The leap in quality from prologic to DD5.1 is amazing. I am very happy with the sound of the klipsch and recommend it highly.
Follow Ups:
Had mine for a couple months and could not be happier. For the price, a great way to go. Doesn't sound as good as some really expensive stuff I've heard, but really, for the price who could complain.
