I think you've assembled a decent budget HT there. If you can manage the money and the space, I would try to go for the Paradigm Atoms as front and rear speakers, and the CC-270 as the center. IMO, they will way outperform the Cinema series speakers in terms of accuracy, dynamics and bass. The price difference is minimal, something like $40/pair.The Velodyne is a great choice. All Velodyne subs offer a crossover bypass, so you can use the low-pass filter in your Denon receiver without having "cascading" crossovers. This is a rare feature in budget-priced subwoofers. If you can afford the SPL series, great. The CHT series is good, but if you have a larger room, try to get at least the CHT-12.
