Yes, I watch HDTV signals. I'm not sure what you mean by "does it make a big difference?" Do you mean watching HDTV vs regular TV?
If so, YES. HDTV looks spectacular on the Plasma, even though it is not full HD res, it looks clearer and more "HD" than most HD-res CRTs I've seen.I don't think the Inday component switcher degrades the HD signal at all.

Sorry to ask so many questions. My Panny is arriving tomarrow.Are you running Cable or Satilite for your TV programing?
Did you have to get a HDTV receiver to get HDTV?
Did you get the optional DVI interface for the Panny and if so are you using it?I'm running digital cable and was told by a salesman at Circuit City that I would have to get an HDTV receiver to get HDTV. When I called the cable company they said if my TV is HDTV compatible all I will have to do is exchange my Box for an HDTV Cable box, no charge and it will work. (This will be easy to try.)
