Hi,I already own a NAD C370 integrated amplifier, and I want it to do the grunt work on the front speakers of my home theater. The C370 has a "main in" and several other line ins. The T742 has pre-out on all 5.1 channels.
Can these be combined easily, and what do I have to look out for? Do I have to fiddle with the cable on the main in every time I want to switch from stereo to home theater listening?
Follow Ups:
If you find the quality of the stereo-preamp section sufficient(according to Audio 5/03 it is!) , just plug a cable between the R+L pre out on the T742 and "the power in"(my NAD is older than yours- it might have another name) of the C370. On older NADs you must remove a pair of "bridges" first.
