I'm a little computer illiterate and have chosen to do a Memory Video for my siblings. I'm using Windows Media Player in which I can make a video and save as a .wmv with sound attached. However, could not burn to CD-R or CD-RW.So, I'm stuck at this point. I want to burn my WMV movie to a CD-R or CD-RW and then transfer the final product to a VHS tape. Can anyone help me?
Thanks so much.

Are you trying to burn this as a VCD or as a straight data CD? If you're trying to burn a data CD, something is either wrong with your burner or the file size is too large (it should be under 702MB).If you're trying to do a VCD, you need to use the MPG movie format. There may be some convertors out there that can convert from WMV, but most likely you'll have to reassemble it using a different program to create an AVI (which can pretty easily be converted to MPG with a variety of different software) or directly to an MPG.
