hey,.
I have an Old School Panasonic TV and it works fine except for the fact that after watching it for 10 min (using antenna,DVD player,VCR,or PS2) the screen "blips" from left to right. If the TV is turned off for and hour or so and turned back on it works fine for 10 min and then resumes its problem. Any help whatsoever regairing this topic would be greatly appreciated.

It turned out to be a "cold solder" joint. I say that in quotes because the TV worked well for many many years and after about 23+ years it started acting up. After a bunch of de/re soldering, the TV was as good as old... before the intermittent problem.Ypu may have a component that is failing due to heat. Once it heats up...
One warning... there are lethal voltages inside TVs. If you don't know what you are doing, don't open the case! Take it to a professional.
Now.. if you do know what you are doing, have you opened up the case, cleaned out the dirt, done a visual inspection?
