I am currently building up my system now that my new Fuji plasma has arrived :) and lifting floorboards to lay cables. The connection from the iScan Ultra to the Fuji will be DVI-D, but from the Pioneer DV717 to the iScan I was going to use S-Video until I realised that the SCART connector on the Pioneer is capable of outputting RGB signals if you buy the right cable. I'd always used S-video with my old Sony TV and planned to do the same into the iScan, so would I see a real performance improvement going from the DV717 to iScan if I invested in an RGB Scart cable?
