Be aware that the Rotel HT pre/pros may have problems with some amplifiers. They produce a popping noise when the digital circuits cut in and out. Most people do not have this problem, and Rotel has an firmware upgrade the reduces the noise to almost inaudible. Just make sure you can audition the Rotel with your equipment, and return it if you have a problem.Here is a great place to research:

I would recomend saving the 200 and go for the Outlaw. I have the 1066 and love it but from what I have read, for HT applications there is very little sonic diff between the two. The rotel does seem to win out in the stereo only category. However if you do decide on the 1066 you won't be disappointed.
