Hi. I have 3 pair of AA CBM-170s and a AA center that I need to hang because my toddler keeps knocking them down.My 42" plasma is currently hanging on the wall and the middle of the screen is about 60" from the floor. The viewing area is about 8-10 ft away.
I was thinking of hanging all the speakers along the wall/ceiling edge and pointing down to the viewing area, but I am wondering if they might be better lower at around the height of the TV? If I hang them at the height of the TV then should the ctr channel go above or below the TV?
Help appreciated.
ps. can anyone recommend economical but decent wall mount brackets?
Follow Ups:
Do your best to keep all of the front speakers (L,R and C) in the same horizontal plane. If the Center channel is much higher or lower than the Left and Right channels, when sound in the front moves from one side of the room to the other, it will appear to do "the rollercoaster" instead of a smooth pan.
