What dvd player to buy??

Hi all,
I just bought a 47'widescreen lcd tv and I need a good dvd player with dvi output, what do you recommend in the $500 range?

I've been driving my Samsung HDTV with a Denon DVD-1600 for about a year, and it's got just about the best picture you can get from a DVD player. I plugged it into my friends 52" Mitsubishi through an iScan line doubler, and the picture is almost perfect. The newer version, the 1910, is around $250 and has DVI output. If it's anywhere near the quality of the 1600, it's a bargain.
