Hi,We have a gateway plasma. Overall for it's cost we are very happy with it. The HDTV feeds from Cox cable look wonderful. What bothers me is that we get picture edge distoration when watching normal air channels, (4:3 non-HD). This distortion is like the picture does not extend to the top, (only the top), edge of the screen. It only happens on stations so I guessing the TV is fine. I'm just wondering if anyone else gets this watching 4:3 off air on a widescreen.
Follow Ups:
A trained ISF calibrator can fix this.
Is this a process you pay a TV tech to do to the plasma TV?
Also, I typed and meant to say it only happens on two 4:3 off air channels. The other 4:3 off air channels are fine. Watching these same channels at otehr people homes they look fine. ???
