Assuming the sub is unpowered, run the two front speakers through the subwoofer. On the back of the RDA-980, set surround and center to small, fronts to large, and turn off the sub. This routes all low frequency signals to the front where they'll be picked up by the sub.

If the subwoofer is powered, just run an RCA to the sub output from the RDA-980.
