Philips HDTV problem

I have a 46" philips hdtv. Last night we went to watch a movie and my component video input was gone from the list and so was the av3 (rca). To explain futher, there is:
antenna
av1
cv1
av2
av3
av4 (hdtv)
av5 (hdtv)
when I scroll through my input list on the remote/tv, it skips those 2 and they are not there.
Anyone have any thoughts or experienced this before? Input would be great!

Some TV's allow you to disable and 'hide' unused inputs so you don't have to scroll through all of them when making your selection. Some Sony TV's allow you to do this too. Not sure if that's your problem but it might be worth looking in the owner's manual for such a feature.
