Has someone actually measured and "seen" this 1-KHz tone riding on the 60Hz AC mains on the outlet that a plasma set is plugged into? Which brand plasma set or do all of them induce the nasty 1-KHz tone?

Where did you read about such a thing.... a reputable electronics journal or is this just more voodoo audiophile marketing to help sell expensive tweaks?
