While it would seem that as consumer electronics hardware progressed things would get easier, that's all too often not the case. As the manufacturers give you more options and greater setup versatility, the complication factor rises as well.

In order to answer a question about a HT receiver for someone, I had to download the owner's manual. To my surprise, the manual -- all in English -- was 73 pages! Redikalus...
