I floated the grounds on my amplifiers with a cheater plug and all of the hum is elminated. Dead quiet! So, ground loops are confusing to me. I have tried removing the antenna connection from the TV, but the hum is still there. So the 8 circuits all going to the same common ground in the sub-panel is producing a ground loop.
I'm confused and know that a cheater plug is not a 'solution', but I don't know what else to try.
