I just set up my Casa Nova a couple of weeks ago. Try setting up a new dedicated input for your DTS material. Do the entire setup routine for this one input following the Casa Nova Setup guide. I would omit steps 16 and 18.

Another thought, did you use the internal noise generator when setting up the levels in the DTS setup portion?
