Anyone have impressions or experience with the Samsung LNS3251D? I'm thinking of upgrading from my older Sharp Aquos 20" to a larger screen. Consumer reviews seem to be good and recent pricing is $500 off retail. I'll probably check one out at a local store over the weekend.
Follow Ups:
I'm not sure of that specific model, but I've seen number of Samsungs of that size in restaurants recently. Carrying Univision high-def, they looked quite nice. I think in general Samsung has really stepped up the quality and coolness of their products. But I also think life only begins at 42" minimum. I'm at 52" (Zenith 720p LCD rear projection) and it's not too big at all. As the prices are really sliding these last months, I'd probably wait until a few months after the January Consumer Electronics Show. Probably by then there will be all new stuff.
In other words, if you're not in a hurry, wait until you can get something more worthwhile size-wise. Trust me, you won't be sorry. I don't even watch a lot of TV, but I love the bigger HD screen when I do.
