I am fairly certain that Sony tv's have a secret service menu, search the net for any info (google) and also ask your dealers service department. When I saw on the net the parameters that are adjustable in the service menu, I was impressed and concerned, one mistake and big problems. I do not remember where I saw it on the net.
If you do find the informartion, do yourself a favour, systematically write down all the parameters before adjusting anything!!!
