Hi Forum,
I'm researching the best bookshelf sized speaker to recommend to a friend but it must be in white. Thanks in advance for your time and thoughts.John Stone

I am not sure what the price range is, but if your friend is shooting for mid-fi, the NHT 1.5 comes in a pretty sycamore (a slightly dirty bright white). A very decent 2-way speaker for ~$500. Their lower-end models also come in white as well, and are worth considering. Very few higher-end speakers will be found in white - all have exotic wood grain finishes or jet-black piano finishes.If he or she can afford it, the NHT 2.5i is a much improved speaker that can be found for under $900 new, a good deal less when found used, and it also come in Sycamore.
