I am a newbie at the asylum but not in Hifi and Home Cinema.Could anyone advice me on which AVR and which DVDP I should buy?
I want to spent most on the AVR and not that much on the DVDP.
The DVDP should be able to read many diff. kinds of dics (CDRW, MP3 files, CD, VCD, DVDA &/ SACD...) and be cheap
The AVR should have a lot of power approx. 100W, should be able to decode the newest formats, DTS EX, ES. DD, DPL II, 7.1, 6.1 5.1 and so on.
I thinking of a Marantz AVR, DENON AVR or Pioneer AVR...
Any thoughts

In your choice of AVR, I would recommend the Denon. As for the DVDP, I'm not aware of any unit at any price that will play all the formats you requested.
