Greetings,
I am assembling s-video cables and want to verify the connections. I will use one ground lead(#1), connect it to a copper mesh shield which will go over the two Mogami dual 16 gauge wires(which I will twist along the length of the cable)
Will there be a problem if the copper shielding contacts the outside of the connector ? I will float the shield and not connect it to the other end.Please let me know if this is right on the money.
