I've encountered the same thing on cable signals. Sometimes it's the cable co reversing the audio and sometimes it's the source. Don't think it's your prob , usually it lies with the incoming signal.

But, if it is with the cable company, is this likely to be a permanent situation, or only occasional, on one channel or program? If the cable company has it backwards all the time, I could correct it on my end.
