P-scan video performance is best in class+++, natural and satuated color, very film like. Beating machines cost 3 times more. Audio performance is above class...towards the musical side though a bit plain. Comfortable listening. Prefer it over Sony 9000ES in CD mode. The Q50 drive you more to listen to music instead on the 9000 towards evaluating wiht HiFi terms.
