Video Asylum

I bought a Vidicraft Audio/Video Processor, Model AVP-100 from a swap meet several years ago. My guess is that it is a step-up from those meant to allow one to copy their copy-protected tapes. Their are some functions which don't quite jog the memory, and I'm like to find out their uses.
