I'm not sure, but I think the Panasonic CT30WX50 might be smaller than 30" wide. It is a 30" diagonal screen with 16:9 aspect ratio, but I can't find any specs on it...not even on Panasonic's own website. I think it is a really new TV...I've only found 1 or 2 retailers online that sell it, and none of them give specs either. The larger 34" screen from Panasonic is listed as 34.4" wide...so I would think the 30" screen would be pretty close to 30" wide (maybe closer to 32").I'm really looking at the CT30WX50 because of it's realitively small size and price ($2000-2300). But I'm not going to buy until I have some official specs on it. Please let me know if you find any more info on this TV in your search.
