I spoke with Mike at B&K yesterday regarding upgrades for the Reference 30. He said there have been none and that they have just started to think about Dolby ProLogic II. Then he said I shouldn't expect anything on that till at least late this year.

Somehow I had the impression B&K was a little more aggressive about their upgrades when I bought mine. Not that that makes a whole lot of difference at this point, because I sure enjoy it as is.
