I have had 3 Sony's and have only had great results with them.... DVP7000, DVPS7700, and now the DVP-S9000ES...... no experience with their lower end DVD players.... I've had JVC and Pioneer also. I would say my order would be Sony, Pioneer, and a long third JVC.
