Actually, I like it. I heard from a friend that the "director's release", not out yet, will contain outake footage from the battle of Antietam/Sharpsburg. Has anyone heard of this. I saw the film at the cinema, and loved it, but I'm reluctant to purchase the DVD, if an extended version is due sometime in the future. Can anybody shed some light on this? Thanks.
