This was way better than the mediocre reviews would have suggested. Lots of Mel Brooks style humor. Brooks was a consultant.
THe audience roared with laughter. My hunch is that once word gets around this movie will do pretty well in the next few weeks.
Comment overheard coming out of movie. "That's the funniest movie I've seen in ages!"
I really liked how the main characters were portrayed. I'm not sure what the critics were expecting, but I had a great saturday afternoon.
