To me it would be meaningless and I'd pretty much ignore it.
I'd judge the film on its merits like any other.
While I might not share the filmaker's beliefs, everyone is entitled to believe whatever they want.
I have family and friends who are very religious and it doesn't affect the way I see them or our relationship.
Their radical political beliefs, however, are a very different story.
