Pretty clean, I'm afraid, although it runs a bit high, so I tested with a variac set to exactly 120V. No difference.I'm beginning to believe that its a mechanical problem of some sort, as it performs flawlessly without the cover. The minute the cover goes back into place, it shuts down, so I'm guessing that a board is getting stressed a bit when the cover is in place, and is showing a flaw. Should be no end of fun trying to localize it.
