I want 5.1/ and use vintage speakers

I have a JVC 5.1 a/v now run into vintage speakers

FRONTS
1959 jensen folded horns/jensen horn mids /rp 302 super tweeters

REARS
modified 1980 klipsch heresies on sand filled custom stands

CENTER
2 electrovioce sp12 full range drivers with electrvioce t35 tweeters

SUBWOOFERS
infinite baffle mounted in ceiling with 2 tannoy gold monitors

I would like to have an a/v reciever that would double as a 2/channel
but this is not a must only a plus.I have plenty of vintage equipment for 2 channel listening.Wuold I get alot more quality (bang for the buck)if I went to the used market? and what would you recomendfor around $600-$1000 bew or used ? maybe the YAMAHA DSP-A1?
