I only use stereo audio in my HT, and am quite satisfied by the experience. I recommend a widescreen TV, see if you can still buy a Loewe planus from a dealer, these are discontinued and I bought mine for 2375 (excl. tax). The only thing is it only goes to 480 progressive resolution, which is perfect for DVD's, but in the future High Def. might become more dominant.
