Did you figure out the problem?? I can tell you that on the Wega XBR's that speakers play havoc...Also a heavy transport or DVD player such as the Sonyes 9000 placed high and on the side of the television will cause the same problems...Green/red corners are classic magnetism problems as mentioned earlier...good luck
