I am using Proac Tablette Reference 8 main and surround speakers and the Arcam AVR300 receiver. I want to add a sub and I am deciding between the Proac ER-1 and the REL Strata III. I understand that REL suggests using the speaker-level inputs, but I wish to connect the sub to the LFE output of the receiver (i.e., line-level RCA-type connection). Is anyone doing this? Does it work well? Also, has anyone used the Proac ER-1?
Thanks!
