using stereo amp in HT

I have a two channel integrated amp I am very pleased with and would like to use it in a Home Theater set-up. What type of gear would allow me to use this in a multi channel, surround set up? Pardon my ignorance on this but HT is new to me. Any specific recommendations (if this can even be done) that would match with my Musical Fidelity A300 integrated dual mono amp would be appreciated.
