If it was me, I'd go for the 20' (probably you'd buy 25') component video cable, from a place like monoprice...not too expensive, should do the job adequately. With good quality coax, 20' is nothing, but it is an analog signal so cable will matter... monoprice's coax isn't the greatest, but I've run 50' composite video with their cable and it was fine (hardly critical viewing though). Also, their component cable is quite flexible and neat, the 3 cables welded together. I doubt converting the signal to HDMI first will make it look any better than 25' of coax, but hard to say without trying it.
Why does the player have to be so far from the TV? Might it not be neater to put the player closer to the TV, and run a single long cable for the audio back to the processor (coax or Toslink)? Or are you doing analog audio?
