I tried to do a cheapie job with ordinary cabling but it was not a great success. There are relatively inexpensive distribution amps around which combine audio & video so I recommend you investigate them. I have a run even longer than yours and get a very satisfactory video signal with composite video so I would not bother with s cabling. The differences are often not all that great between composite & s. IMO you need to go to component to get the most dramatic lift in quality and that is not an issue here.Sorry but I cannot recommend any specific breed of distribution amp as the one used here is made in Australia, but there are a lot to choose from and I doubt the differences are significant.
