"Love Story" with Ryan O'Neil and Ali McGraw -- ugh -- I want to hurl chunks just thinking about this one."City of Angels" with Meg Ryan and Nick Cage -- never mind the insipid plot, just seeing Meg Ryan play a brain surgeon put me off my feed for a week.
"The Other Side of the Mountain" (aka "Gangway, Paraplegic Coming Through") -- mawkish and manipulative.
"Centennial Man" with Robin Williams -- so saccharine it should come with a shot of insulin.
"Ghost" with Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore -- I saw this one in the theater, and by the time the movie was half-way through I was wishing that *I* was the one who was dead.
