Was the guy who called the rat-bat-spider-crab "inspiringly creative" blind, drunk or simply recovering from a brain removal operation? That piece of sh*t on a string was about as inspiring as... well, a piece of sh*t on a string.
Trust me, Angry Red Planet is distressing bad... appalling... abysmal. It's the kind of movie that makes "Mars Needs Women" seem like Citizen Kane. Mr. Talbot's review is further proof that the opinions you get on the internet are worth what you pay for them - nothing.
BTW, did I ever mention that "The Giant Claw" it the single most inspiringly creative sci-fi movie ever?
